By sending the form on the website I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Limited Liability Company “MAXOS” (INN 2635269311, OGRN 1262600004677, address: 18 Selskaya St., Stavropol, Stavropol Krai, Russian Federation, 355021) my consent to process my personal data on the following terms.
1.Terms of consent
1. Data: name, email address, category, subject and enquiry text. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, payment credentials, special categories of personal data or third-party data without a lawful basis.
2. Purpose: replying to my enquiry and corresponding about it. Mailings and advertising are not included.
3. Operations: collection, recording, systematisation, storage, clarification, use, transfer (provision) as set out in item 4, deletion, destruction; using automated means.
4. Transfer: Contact form messages are delivered to us through the Telegram messenger: the Website's server forwards the enquiry (name, email address, category, subject and message) to our private chat by means of a bot. Telegram receives this data only to deliver it.
Contact enquiries are delivered through Telegram, which involves transferring personal data outside the Russian Federation. Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ applies, including prior notification to Roskomnadzor and compliance with applicable restrictions. User consent does not itself replace these obligations of the operator.
5. Term: until the enquiry is answered and then no more than one year from the last message, or until consent is withdrawn.
6. Withdrawal: consent may be withdrawn by contacting us through the contact form on the Contact page or by email to support@maxossoftware.com. Processing stops and data is destroyed within 30 calendar days of receipt unless an independent lawful basis permits further processing (Article 21(5) of 152-FZ). A demand to stop processing follows Article 21(5.1): within 10 working days, with a reasoned extension of no more than 5 working days, subject to statutory exceptions.
